Tomahawk Main Street is accredited by both the Wisconsin Main Street and National Main Street programs. Lead by the Tomahawk Main Street Executive Director and the nine member Board of Directors, they work hard to support the common goal of providing a sustainable downtown. We follow the Four Point Approach TM\ • Organization – Getting everyone working toward the same goal • Promotions – Selling the image and promise of downtown • Design – Getting the downtown into physical shape • Economic Revitalization – strengthening the downtown economy We create quality events to showcase the downtown and city to residents and tourists, create downtown beautification with streetscaping, provide tools to accomplish improvements to our downtown buildings and we with key groups to ensure strong economic and revitalization efforts.
